You are now a proud owner of Sleep Smile Mattress – a choice that stands for quality, comfort and exceptional sleep.

Please follow the below instructions to get the best out of your luxurious Mattress:
  1. Whenever required clean your Mattress with white spirit and damp cloth. Avoid detergent and dry cleaning chemicals.
  2. If the Mattress gets wet, ensure that it dries under the fan and not under direct sunlight.
  3. Lay (use) the Mattress on uniform surface only. Do not keep any object under the Mattress.
  4. Length and width of the bed should match with the size of Mattress.
  5. Turn your Mattress head to foot once a month.
  6. Do not bend, fold or roll the Mattress. This may weaken the bonding and eventually lead to sagging of the Mattress.
  7. Do not light a match or smoke near the Mattress, the materials used in the Mattress can catch fire. Keep the Mattress away from flame.
  8. Sitting on the edge or keeping heavy object on it could ruin its shape.

Sleep Smile Mattress comes with limited Warranty (“Warranty Period”) against defective material or workmanship based on the terms set out in this Warranty Card.

The Warranty period varies with respect to each model. Please refer to the detailed chart to see the Warranty Period of the Mattress that you have chosen.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER:
  • The Warranty will be invalid unless the Mattress is purchased from a Sleep Smile Authorised Dealer. The Warranty card must be signed and stamped by the dealer and must be produced along with the original bill at the time of claim.
  • The Mattress should include the original labels and MRP sticker which shall serve as a means of identification of the Mattress to confirm the Warranty.
  • Notification of claims under this limited Warranty or other enquiries shall be directed to the dealer from whom the Mattress was originally purchased or the nearest authorised Sleep Smile Service Centre. Please inform them regarding the details of the defect, model details and serial no. (if any) of the Mattress.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1. The defective mattress will be repaired or replaced by Sleep Smile in a resaonalbe period of time at their discretion. Sleep Smile holds the right to convert the fixed replacement / refund to prorata basis depending on the usage of the mattress.
  2. The warranty is confined to the first purchaser only and is not transferable.
  3. Sleep Smiles decision in terms of damage found should be final and binding. Sleep Smile shall hold the final right to decide the applicability of the warranty terms.
  4. The price difference for actual size will be applied as per the prevailing prices and will have to be borne by the customer.
  5. Models that are discontinued have to be upgraded to equivalent or higher model with applicable price difference to be borne by the customer.
  6. The transportation cost will be charged to the customer and any costs incurred towards complaint attendance are also to be borne by the customer.
  7. The warranty period on the replaced or repaired mattress shall be reduced to the balance period, as computed from the date of first sale of the mattress.
  8. Product features, specifications and warranty terms are subject to change without notice.
  9. Claims, if any, arising from the warranty, will be restricted to courts within Jamshedpur jurisdiction only and will be subject to the laws of India.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
  • Body indentations are normal in a new mattress and indicate the upholdtry layers are confirming to your body’s contours. Body indentations of less than 2.5 cm, measured as per the set procedures of Sleep Smile will not be covered.
  • Customized Mattresses, including changes in size.
  • Border wires bent due to moving or bending the Mattress.
  • Any damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, heat and improper usage.
  • Mattress Fabric (including stains, tearing of fabric, piling of fabric under usage, soiling or burns or if the Mattress is infested with vermin).
  • Mattress damaged due to inappropriate foundation, bedframe or support system or mismatch in the size of bed and mattress.
  • Structural damage due to using improper bed frame or support system, or folding of the Mattress.
  • Any problems with the Mattress due to the Mattress getting wet.
  • Comfort preference: Mismatch in the actual comfort and the preferred comfort.
  • Mattress, if found to be in unsanitary conditions, which includes if: 1. If an inspector in unable to conduct an appropriate inspection of the condition of the product without being exposed to potentially dangerous bodily fluids, blood-borne pathogens, or other substances that cause significant injury or 2. Otherwise suggest that the product has been subject to misuse well beyond ordinary wear and tear.
  • Damage incurred while transporting the mattress after delivery.

The tolerance to consider while measuring the width and depth +/-3.8 cm.

WHAT WILL SLEEP SMILE DO IF THE PROBLEM OCCURS?

Sleep Smile will repair or replace the mattress, at its discretion. Sleep Smile reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality if identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement. Any price difference must be borne by the customer.

 

WARRANTY VOID IF:

The Warranty Card is not completed properly at the time of purchase.

The completed Warranty Card is not presented to the authorised personnel at the time of service of the Mattress.

ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS MATTRESS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH BEGINS WITH THE DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE CUSTOMER. THE SERVICE TERMS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF PRODUCT FAILURE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. SLEEP SMILE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENCIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR THE BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. SLEEP SMILE DOES NOT WARRANTY THAT THIS PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR ANY PERSON’S MEDICAL CONDITION. SLEEP SMILE MAKE NO WARRANTY BEYOND WHAT IS CONTAINED IN WRITING. SLEEP SMILE DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS WARRANTY.
